2. The Lia Banks Website

liabanks.com is the official promotional website of Lia Banks.

The website is currently a static website. It does not require registration, does not contain contact forms, does not use website analytics or advertising pixels, and does not embed third-party media players.

The website itself does not collect or analyse YouTube audience statistics.

3. Technical Data and Hosting

The web hosting infrastructure may process technical information necessary for the operation, security and delivery of the website, such as IP addresses, access timestamps, requested resources, browser or device information and technical or error logs.

Such information may be processed for technical operation, security, diagnostics and prevention of abuse.

4. Email Communications

If you contact Lia Banks voluntarily by email, the information contained in your message, including your email address and any information you choose to provide, may be processed in order to respond to your enquiry and manage the related communication.

Such information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and for any applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

At present, liabanks.com does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not include third-party tracking scripts.

The website contains links to external platforms, but content from those platforms is not embedded in the website.

External services may use cookies or process information after a user follows a link and visits their websites, according to their own privacy policies.

6. External Platforms

The website contains links to third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, YouTube Music and Instagram.

These platforms operate independently from liabanks.com. Their processing of personal data is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

7. Lia Banks Analytics and YouTube API Services

Lia Banks Analytics is a separate internal application used exclusively by the Lia Banks project.

Lia Banks Analytics uses YouTube API Services and Google APIs in read-only mode to retrieve authorized information relating to the Lia Banks YouTube channel and its content.

The OAuth permissions configured and requested by the application are:

YouTube Analytics read-only access

These permissions allow the application to retrieve channel and video information and authorized analytics data made available through YouTube API Services.

The application may access statistics such as views, watch time, audience-retention metrics, traffic sources, geographic information, device-related statistics and other metrics supplied by YouTube.

Lia Banks Analytics is not designed to identify individual viewers and does not seek to obtain individual viewers' names, email addresses or similar personal identifiers.

Google explains how it processes personal information in the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Purpose and Use of YouTube Data

YouTube API Data accessed through Lia Banks Analytics is used exclusively for internal analytics, reporting and evaluation of the performance of the Lia Banks YouTube channel and its content.

Authorized YouTube API Data may be compiled and analysed only for the benefit of the Lia Banks channel owner and the internal Lia Banks project.

The data is not sold, disclosed for third-party advertising purposes, used for advertising directed at individual persons, or used to create profiles of individual viewers.

Information received from Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and with the applicable YouTube API Services Terms and Developer Policies.

9. OAuth Credentials, Storage and Retention

OAuth credentials and tokens used by Lia Banks Analytics are stored in private technical infrastructure and are not made publicly accessible or included in public source-code repositories.

Authorized YouTube API Data may be stored within the project's private technical infrastructure as raw data, reports, exports or analytics datasets, solely for the internal purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Stored YouTube API Data is refreshed, retained or deleted in accordance with the applicable YouTube API Services policies. Resource metadata obtained through the YouTube Data API is refreshed or deleted within the time limits required by those policies.

Statistical and analytics data is retained only to the extent and for the period permitted by the applicable YouTube API Services policies.

If the authorized user requests deletion of data, or if the application can no longer verify that its authorization remains valid, the relevant user data will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within the period required by the applicable YouTube API Services policies.

10. Sharing and Technical Service Providers

Google and YouTube data accessed by Lia Banks Analytics is intended exclusively for internal use within the Lia Banks project.

Such data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own advertising, marketing or profiling purposes.

Technical service providers may process information only insofar as necessary to provide infrastructure, hosting, storage, backup or related technical services.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect OAuth credentials, tokens and YouTube API Data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

11. Revoking Google Access and Requesting Deletion

The authorized Google account holder may review or revoke Lia Banks Analytics' access at any time through the connected-app and third-party access settings of the relevant Google Account.

Revoking access prevents Lia Banks Analytics from obtaining new authorized data from that Google Account.

Requests for deletion of data already held by Lia Banks Analytics may be sent to lia@liabanks.com.

Where a deletion request is made, or where continued authorization can no longer be verified, the relevant user data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable Google and YouTube API Services policies.

Deleting data stored by Lia Banks Analytics does not delete or otherwise affect data stored by YouTube. Data held by YouTube must be managed through YouTube or another authorized YouTube service.

12. Data Protection Rights

Where applicable under data-protection law, individuals may exercise their rights concerning their personal data, including access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and objection.

Requests may be sent to lia@liabanks.com.

Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, Lia Banks Analytics or the applicable legal and technical requirements change.
