1. Purpose of the Website

liabanks.com is an informational and promotional website relating to Lia Banks, her music, videos, official channels and artistic activities.

The website does not currently sell products or services directly.

2. Lia Banks Analytics

Lia Banks Analytics is an internal analytics tool used by the Lia Banks project to retrieve and analyse authorized YouTube channel data through Google APIs.

It is not a public service and is not offered to visitors or third-party users.

3. YouTube API Services

Lia Banks Analytics uses YouTube API Services to access authorized data relating to the Lia Banks YouTube channel.

Access to YouTube data is provided through Google OAuth authorization and is limited to the read-only permissions described in the Lia Banks Analytics Privacy Policy.

Use of Lia Banks Analytics and its access to YouTube API Services are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the applicable YouTube Developer Policies.

By authorizing or using Lia Banks Analytics, the authorized user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Lia Banks Analytics does not provide access to YouTube data to public website visitors or unauthorised third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the texts, visual identity, images, artwork, logos, music-related materials and other original content associated with Lia Banks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
